If your business/brand has joined the Social Media phenomenon, it is I’m sure, to promote your product/service and interact with your current and future customers, while gaining new ones.

Let’s face it, a single 140 character tweet can be useful and meaningful in regards to promoting your business and staying in touch with your customers.

However, the Federal Court and the ASB (Advertising Standards Bureau) have established legal principles which apply to businesses and their use of Social Media….

After several request, I’m more than pleased to say that Twitter has made several improvements for “Embedded Tweets”. And for those of you who do include tweets on your site/blog, you will very much appreciate the latest updates….

I’m sure by now you all know that a statement credited to Morgan Freeman concerning the latest school shooting is a hoax.

The statement is still circulating on social platforms such as Twitter, Google+, Facebook and Instagram even though Freeman’s representative has stated that it is a hoax….

For those of you interested in deleting all of your tweets from your Twitter page, do not bother making a request to twitter or support.
